What Qalamon is
Qalamon ("we") helps you draft social posts in your own voice, in Arabic and English, with generated images. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to get it out.
What we collect
Account: your email address and name from your sign-in provider (Google or email magic link). Voice data: your onboarding interview answers, the voice profile built from them, writing samples, and posts you draft or publish through the app. Images: reference photos you upload (private) and images you save to your gallery. Usage: counts and token totals of drafting/image operations, used for daily limits and billing.
Where it lives and who processes it
Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) project with row-level security — your rows are readable only by your authenticated account. To draft text, your prompts, voice profile, and writing samples are sent to Anthropic (Claude models). To generate images, image prompts and your reference photos are sent to Google (Gemini image models). We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Cookies
We use only the authentication cookies required to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising trackers.
Retention, export, and deletion
Your content stays until you remove it. From Settings you can download a full JSON export of your data at any time, and delete your account — deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your profile, voice data, posts, usage records, uploaded photos, and saved images.
Scheduled drafting
If you opt into the AI-news digest, we periodically fetch public news feeds and draft posts into your bank using your voice profile, on the schedule you choose. Turn it off any time in Settings.
